What if I don’t send emails or use my account for a month? Am I still going to be charged my monthly fee?
Yes, we do not cancel your clients account due to lack of use. Our clients are responsible for cancelling or suspending their account, if they feel they would not be needing the ZulueDM service.
What happens when I cancel my account?
If you wish to cancel your account, keep in mind you will no longer be able to use our features. Once an account is cancelled; we keep your data for 3 months before deleting the database.
Can I customize my plan?
We have set standard prices and provided features based on what we believe would be suitable. However, if you need additional features for your plan you can pay additional charges and enable those features to your selected package.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We also accept payment via bank transfer or cheques.
